About the Role:
At Ingrain Architects, design is more than just drawings — it’s the art of shaping experiences, details, and timeless spaces.
We’re looking for a passionate Architect who thrives on creativity, precision, and problem-solving. Someone who loves bringing ideas to life — from the first concept sketch to the final site execution.
You’ll be working on diverse residential and commercial projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that values originality, detail, and good design sense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative design concepts and turn them into detailed working drawings and GFC sets.
- Develop presentations that communicate design intent with clarity and impact.
- Coordinate seamlessly with structural, MEP, and interior consultants to bring projects to life.
- Participate in client discussions and design reviews, presenting ideas with confidence and design clarity.
- Ensure design consistency, technical accuracy, and timely delivery of drawings.
- Conduct periodic site visits (for Mumbai candidates) to ensure execution aligns with design vision.
- Manage project documentation, revisions, and consultant coordination across all project stages.
Requirements:
- B.Arch or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- 3–8 years of experience in architectural design and execution, especially residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop (Revit knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and design processes.
- Keen design sensibility, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across projects.
- A mindset that values teamwork, curiosity, and continuous learning.
