We are Hiring: Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior)
Are you a dynamic, organized, and hands-on professional ready to take charge of multiple exciting projects? We are looking for a competent Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior) to join our team.
Salary Package
₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Management: Efficiently handle and oversee more than 2 sites simultaneously.
Reporting & Tracking: Prepare daily stock/material availability reports and provide site progress updates with photos at least 3 times a day.
Material Control: Forecast and prepare weekly material requirements and manage strict material control on-site.
Project Planning: Create and drive weekly project forecasting and planning.
Coordination & Measurement: Coordinate seamlessly with site workers, take accurate final site measurements, and secure client acknowledgments on work completion reports.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Civil & Interior field.
Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel to different site locations as assigned.
Professionalism: Must be presentable. Uniform and safety shoes are mandatory on-site.
Language: Knowledge of Hindi is a strong added advantage.
