Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Accountant to manage construction materials, inventory and store operations at project sites. The candidate should have experience in 3–4 large building projects and good knowledge of material management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage and issue of construction materials at site.
- Maintain proper stock records, material registers and documentation.
- Check quantity and condition of materials received at the site.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/site team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and safe handling of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
- Maintain records of material consumption, transfers and returns.
- Coordinate with project engineers, accounts and purchase teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and security of the store.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate qualification.
- Experience in 3–4 large building projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction material management and inventory control.
- Experience with Healthcare, Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong documentation, coordination and record-keeping skills.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
