Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia & Graphics Trainer to train students in graphic designing, UI/UX, and multimedia tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with industry-standard software and a passion for mentoring future design professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and practical sessions on tools and concepts, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- AutoCAD
- Adobe XD
- Figma
- After Effects
- Teach design principles, typography, layouts, visual storytelling, and UI/UX fundamentals
- Guide students in creating professional portfolios with real-world projects
- Provide regular feedback, conduct assessments, and monitor progress
- Support students in understanding industry standards and freelancing platforms
- Update curriculum and training materials in line with current design trends and software upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional or teaching experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or multimedia
- Proficiency in the listed design and prototyping tools
- Creative mindset with strong communication and instructional skills
- Ability to evaluate and enhance student design work constructively
