Job Title: Broking Sales Head
Location: Vytilla , kochi
We are seeking an experienced Broking Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive business growth in the financial services/broking sector.
The role involves leading high-performing sales teams, acquiring HNI and institutional clients, expanding business networks, and achieving revenue targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/branch sales teams
- Acquire and manage HNI, corporate, and institutional clients
- Drive business development and strategic partnerships
- Expand franchisee/sub-broker network across regions
- Ensure strong client relationship management and retention
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of experience in broking/financial services sales
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and broking products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
