Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Broking Head to lead and manage the broking operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent client servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the stock broking industry with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the broking division and daily operations
- Develop strategies to increase brokerage revenue and client acquisition
- Handle high-value clients and strengthen client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the broking team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Strong experience in stock broking / financial services industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of equity, trading, and investment products
- Strong communication and business development skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
