- Supervise daily production work on the shop floor and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Assign tasks to production workers and guide them during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure production work is completed according to the production plan and within the given timeline.
- Monitor the quality of products during production and ensure company quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials such as UPVC profiles, aluminium sections, glass, and hardware.
- Identify production issues or delays and take quick action to resolve them.
- Maintain coordination with PPC, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain daily production records and share updates with the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems.
