We are looking for a high-responsibility Accountant & Store In-Charge who can manage daily accounts, inventory control, vendor follow-ups, purchase/GRN, and support factory operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, honest, proactive, and experienced in handling accounts + store + procurement in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance
- Maintain daily accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
- Manage purchase entries, sales invoices, and GST billing
- Handle vendor payments, employee salary processing, and petty cash
- Bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and MIS reports
- Maintain expense register & project-wise costing updates
- Assist with GST returns, tax filing & audits
Store & Inventory Management
- Maintain stock ledger and minimum stock level
- Goods receipt entry (GRN), material issue slips, delivery challans
- Track inward–outward materials & consumables
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase & follow-ups
- Maintain store cleanliness & material bin system
- Periodic stock audit and reporting
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain purchase records, supplier database & warranty files
- Support procurement team & project team for BOM materials
- Coordinate with couriers, transport & logistics
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
