Role: React Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with prior experience working on telecom (Telco) domain projects or similar large-scale applications.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality across multiple devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend and mobile development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in React.js development (web and/or mobile).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with React Native or hybrid mobile frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Good understanding of build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and version control (Git).
- Prior experience in telecommunications (Telco) domain preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
