Leading Building Materials Company is hiring Sales Executives for an ON-ROLL position to drive secondary sales and market development.

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Location: Kanniyakumari
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales through dealers, distributors, retailers and stockists.
- Develop new dealers/retailers and strengthen existing channel relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate demand through contractors, builders, masons and other influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Achieve territory-wise sales targets and improve market coverage.
- Maintain daily market visit reports and sales updates.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Building Materials Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in TMT/Steel, Cement, Paints, Pipes & Fittings, Construction Products or related Building Materials preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across within the aligned territory.
- Any Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
