Vidya Career Vision is an education consultancy helping students and working professionals with UG and PG admissions, career guidance, university selection, and complete admission support.
We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Executive to join our growing remote team and manage recruitment and basic HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Admission Counsellors and other positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, performance follow-ups, and employee queries.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Experience in hiring Admission Counsellors, Telecallers, Sales Executives, or Education Counsellors will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate-screening skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and online recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.
