Role Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Officer to create 3D models and 2D production drawings for tools, dies, fixtures, and components used in motor manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Develop and optimize designs for electric motors and components.
- Apply GD&T and industrial standards for production-ready drawings.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve shop-floor issues.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Software: Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 3D and AutoCAD Mechanical.
- Expertise: Solid experience in Fixture, Tool, and Die design.
- Industry: Good understanding of motor manufacturing processes.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (for team & shop-floor communication).
