Job Posting: Junior Architect (2 Openings)
We are seeking two talented and motivated Junior Architects to join our growing team in Jaipur. If you have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for design, and strong proficiency in essential architecture software, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will work closely with senior designers to translate concepts into reality, assisting with everything from initial space planning to final execution drawings.
Position Details
- Number of Openings: 2
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-office)
- Experience Required: 1–3 years in an architectural or interior design firm
- Compensation: ₹80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create 3D models and conceptual visualizations using SketchUp and enhance presentations using Photoshop.
- Documentation: Maintain precise project documentation, schedules, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project Collaboration: Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, sourcing materials, and refining project details.
- Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites to assist with measurements, verify ongoing work against drawings, and document progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Software Expertise (Non-Negotiable):
- AutoCAD: Exceptional drafting skills for construction and working drawings.
- SketchUp: Quick and clean 3D modeling.
- Adobe Photoshop: Post-production rendering and presentation layout creation.
- MS Office: Proficient in Excel for quantity estimates/schedules and PowerPoint for client pitches.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
