Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Admission Counselors with prior PG Counselling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be confident in guiding students through the admission process, and be capable of achieving admission targets while maintaining a professional and student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding postgraduate (PG) programs and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and student inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Meet assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in PG Counselling (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills
- Good follow-up and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Experience: Only experienced candidates
- Prior PG Counselling experience is mandatory
