Client Relationship Executive – Existing Client Coordination
Blue Sun Info is hiring a Client Relationship Executive for our Marine Lines, Mumbai office.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle and regularly follow up with existing clients
- Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Follow up on ongoing work, quotations, invoices and payments
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required
- Attend client meetings when required
- Identify additional requirements from existing clients and help generate additional business
Important – No Fixed Sales Target
- No cold calling
- No lead generation required
- No fixed monthly sales target
- Main focus is existing client handling, relationship management and follow-up
- When you identify additional requirements and successfully generate business, you earn attractive sales incentives

Candidate Profile
- Good English & Hindi communication
- Confident in speaking with clients
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Organized and responsible
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email and basic computer work
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Performance Incentives up to 15%
Working: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–7 PM
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
