What You’ll Own
Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
- Pitch Techolas Technologies to key decision-makers including CHROs, CTOs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, and Hiring Managers
- Build strategic hiring partnerships with startups, MNCs, IT companies, and enterprise clients
- Develop long-term corporate relationships that create continuous hiring opportunities
Requirement Management & Hiring Conversions
- Ensure continuous supply-to-demand mapping with relevant, assessed candidates
- Coordinate interviews, hiring pipelines, and placement execution
- Negotiate compensation, finalize offers, and maximize placement outcomes
Placement Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing placement team
- Drive placement targets, recruitment campaigns, and hiring initiatives
- Organize placement drives, career fairs, and networking events
Brand & Market Presence
- Represent Techolas Technologies in industry events, hiring conclaves, networking forums, and corporate meetings.
- Build strong visibility and positioning for the Techolas placement brand.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in placements, recruitment, staffing, or corporate relations
- Experience in training institutes, colleges, or placement ecosystems preferred
- Strong corporate network and hiring connections are a major advantage
