Roles & Responsibilities :

Utilize various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest and create opportunities.

Engage with prospects through both inbound and outbound calls to understand their business challenges and requirements.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis during calls to determine how our SAAS solution can meet the specific needs of the prospect.

Deliver compelling and tailored product presentations to prospects during inbound and outbound calls, highlighting key features and benefits.

Address any questions or concerns and demonstrate a deep understanding of the product's value proposition.
Sales Pipeline Management :

Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, including leads generated from inbound and outbound calls, to ensure timely progression through the sales cycle.

Utilize CRM tools to track and update customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Negotiation and Closing :

Work closely with prospects during inbound and outbound calls to overcome objections and address concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging.
Customer Relationship Management :

Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers through inbound and outbound calls to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a SAAS or technology-related industry.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
