Position: Group IT Administrator
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Effica Automation is looking for an experienced and highly capable Group IT Administrator to oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital systems, and technology operations across all group companies and business locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and standardize IT operations across multiple group entities and locations.
- Administer servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, data protection, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email security, user access controls, and software licensing.
- Ensure high availability of ERP, CRM, HRMS, Attendance, and business-critical systems.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, vendor management, and AMC contracts.
- Monitor network performance, system uptime, and IT security compliance.
- Manage CCTV, biometric systems, IP telephony, and communication infrastructure.
- Develop and implement group-wide IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead IT audits, compliance requirements, and information security initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and support to all departments and locations.
- Drive digital transformation, automation projects, cloud adoption, and technology upgrades.
- Manage IT budgets, resource planning, and technology roadmaps for the group.
- Ensure business continuity and uninterrupted IT operations across all entities.

Preferred Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field with 5–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, preferably in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Multi-Company Group Environments.
The role requires a strong leader capable of establishing a centralized, secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem across all group companies while ensuring operational excellence and cybersecurity compliance.
