Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced Legal Recruiter with a strong understanding of the legal talent market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience hiring for law firms, in-house legal teams, or legal professionals across levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for law firms and corporate legal teams.
- Source, screen and assess legal professionals across practice areas and seniority levels.
- Build and maintain a strong network of lawyers, partners and legal professionals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and regular reporting.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience.
Desired Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in legal recruitment or executive search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Self-driven, organised and target-oriented.
- Prior experience and relationships with law firms HR Heads and teams.
