Job Description: Administrative Assistant & Accountant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax preparation.
- Requirements:
- Semi Qualified CA or Working in a CA Firm.
- Tally Prime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accounting knowledge and know accounting principles.
