Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, coordinating with engineers and vendors, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities, including civil, finishing, and structural work.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
- Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Oversee safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Assist in quality control and resolving on-site technical issues.
- Check measurements and quantities for accuracy of contractor bills.
- Manage and maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and order.
- Report project status and updates to the Project Manager/Engineer on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate/construction sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage labor efficiently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, site reporting tools, and basic project documentation.
