About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions while supporting key HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, ITI coordination, and recruitment process management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for White Collar and Blue Collar positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and field recruitment activities.
- Build and manage relationships with ITIs and other institutes for technical workforce hiring.
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Conduct HR discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring MIS, and ensure timely closures.
HR Operations (20%)
- Support onboarding and employee joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS systems.
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for employee documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
- Support HR audits and compliance-related activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Experience in White Collar and Blue Collar hiring.
- Exposure to ITI hiring and institute coordination.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or field hiring environments.
- Strong vendor and recruitment agency management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
