The Textile & Garment Training Instructor will be responsible for delivering technical and practical training to employees, apprentices, and fresh recruits across the textile manufacturing process, including Spinning, Sizing, Weaving, Garment Machinery, and Cutting. The trainer will enhance employee skills, improve productivity, ensure safe work practices, and support continuous learning within the organization.

Conduct classroom and practical training for new and existing employees.

- Spinning Operations

Weaving Machines & Production

Garment Sewing Machines

Fabric Cutting Techniques

Prepare training plans, lesson schedules, and training materials.

Demonstrate machine operations, maintenance basics, and troubleshooting techniques.

Train employees on quality standards and defect prevention.

Conduct machine safety and workplace safety training.

Evaluate trainees through practical assessments and written tests.

Identify skill gaps and recommend refresher training programs.

Maintain training attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.

Coordinate with production departments to schedule training without affecting production.

Support implementation of SOPs, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure trainees follow company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.

Strong technical knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of garment sewing machines and cutting room operations.

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
