CRM Specialist – Pharma CompanyJob Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database for doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and other healthcare customers.
- Maintain accurate records of doctors, specialties, territories, products, sales representatives, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and track the daily activities of Medical Representatives (MRs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and other field sales employees through the CRM.
- Track doctor visits/calls, chemist visits, stockist visits, follow-ups, meetings, and field activities.
- Ensure field teams regularly update their Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and CRM activities.
- Monitor planned vs. actual doctor calls and highlight gaps to the concerned managers.
- Maintain and update doctor master, chemist master, stockist/distributor master, and territory master data.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding doctor coverage, frequency of visits, missed calls, and pending follow-ups.
- Track product-wise and territory-wise sales performance through CRM reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Generate reports on:
- Doctor coverage and call frequency
- MR/ASM field activities
- Territory-wise performance
- Product-wise performance
- Doctor conversion/prescription potential
- Chemist and stockist coverage
- Sales target vs. achievement
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Distribution teams for accurate CRM information.
- Support the Product Management Team in tracking campaigns, doctor engagement programs, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of samples, promotional materials, visual aids, gifts, and other field-force inputs, where applicable.
- Track customer queries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect records and ensure overall CRM data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Assist management in evaluating MR/ASM productivity, doctor coverage, territory performance, and sales effectiveness.
- Create CRM dashboards and reports to help management make data-driven sales and marketing decisions.
- Train field-force employees on correct CRM/DCR usage and reporting procedures.
- Coordinate with the CRM/software provider for technical issues, modifications, user creation, and system improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of doctor, customer, sales, and company data.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
