Zenith Global Foodworks LLP is a fast-growing, Startup India-registered enterprise venturing into both modern Hospitality and FMCG. As we expand our production capabilities and scale our FMCG Food Division portfolio—ranging from premium juices to crisps, protein bars, and more—we are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing based out of Trivandrum, Kerala.
If you have a proven track record in FMCG brand growth, strategic market penetration, and a rock-solid network across the Kerala retail ecosystem, we want you on our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales, distribution, and marketing strategies for our complete FMCG Food Division (Juices, Chips, Protein Bars, etc.).
- Onboard, manage, and scale a robust network of Distributors, independent Supermarkets, and major Hypermarket chains across the state.
- Spearhead market entry and activation starting in Trivandrum, with a clear blueprint for statewide and country-wide expansion.
- Design localized trade marketing campaigns, manage sales targets, optimize shelf visibility, and handle credit/distribution cycles.
What We Are Looking For:
- Role: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core experience in FMCG Food & Beverage sales and distribution management.
- Market Intelligence: Deep, functional knowledge of the Kerala market landscape alongside active relationships with leading distributor and retail chains.
- Location: Based in Trivandrum (Requires extensive market travel).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
