Job Title - Executive / Sr. Executive (Accounts)
Location – SEEPZ, Mumbai
Employment Mode – Contract (Duration – 6 Months)
Mode of Work - Onsite
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing invoice into tally system and maintaining records.
- Assisting in preparation of vendor payment file.
- Prepare and maintain inward register in excel of papers, vouchers, bills, etc. on a daily basis
- Assisting in banking related documentation.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Booking payment and collection entries in tally
- Preparation a letter for inward & repayment.
- Intercompany balance reconciliation.
- Assisting GL team for monthly MIS reporting.
- Coordinating with internal team for data and information.
- Any other related work provided by seniors.
Requirements:
- Graduate and above
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Knowledge of basic English communication
- Knowledge of computers i.e. basic knowledge for operating computers, MS. Office like Excel, Word, etc.
- Knowledge of Tally operation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
