We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers/candidates, providing information about company services/products, handling inquiries, and maintaining proper follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships over calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- Explain company products/services to customers or candidates
- Generate leads and maintain daily call records
- Follow up with interested clients/candidates regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Schedule appointments/interviews when required
- Maintain data and update CRM/Excel sheets properly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
