Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process and attract top talent for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to on boarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries or functions.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Pay: ₹10,404.83 - ₹88,000.00 per month
