Job Description:
System Configuration and Administration:
- Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Management:
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security, including data migrations between systems and collaborating with different teams to validate and clean data.User Support:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed.
System Optimization:Integration Management:Staying Updated:Documentation:
- Monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime and stability, and identifying opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates.
- Supporting integrations with third-party systems and ensuring data flows accurately between platforms.
- Keeping abreast of NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.
- Creating and maintaining user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.

Pay: ₹1,022,105.19 - ₹1,492,491.61 per year
