Job Summary:
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for generating quality leads and prospective customers for the organization's real estate projects. The role involves planning and executing sourcing activities, managing sourcing executives and channel partners, conducting promotional activities, and ensuring a steady pipeline of potential buyers to support the sales and closing teams in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through various sourcing activities such as corporate visits, field activities, campaigns, references, and channel partner networks.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of sourcing executives to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral sources.
- Plan and execute lead generation initiatives to increase project inquiries and site visits.
- Coordinate with the marketing and closing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Track and maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sourcing activities through the CRM system.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the sourcing team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on generated leads to maximize conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to lead generation and team performance.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company policies within the sourcing team.
- Work closely with management to develop strategies for achieving business objectives and sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, lead generation, or sales management.
- Experience in managing a sourcing team will be preferred.
