Role Overview
We are looking for a enthusiastic, empathetic, and organized Support Teacher to join our teaching staff. In this role, you will work closely with lead classroom teachers to facilitate smooth daily classroom routines, assist students who require additional learning guidance, and foster an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom & Instructional Support
- Assist the primary class teacher in preparing learning materials, teaching aids, and activity workstations.
- Provide targeted, small-group or one-on-one academic support to students needing assistance in literacy, numeracy, or social skills.
- Reinforce classroom instructions and guide students during practical activities, art, and group projects.
Student Well-being & Classroom Management
- Monitor classroom dynamics to maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning space.
- Assist in managing student behavior using constructive, supportive, and compassionate techniques.
- Supervise students during outdoor play, meal times, assemblies, field trips, and transition periods.
Collaboration & Administration
- Observe student progress and share feedback with the lead teacher to help track developmental milestones.
- Support administrative needs, including maintaining attendance records, organizing educational supplies, and setting up display boards.
- Participate in school events, staff workshops, and parent-teacher meetings as required.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Montessori Training, or a related discipline in Arts/Science/Humanities.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in early years or primary classroom settings. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is a plus.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace) for preparing teaching aids.
