- Attend the calls- computer / printers.
Installation of new software.
REPORTS TO :
Sr. System Administrator
DUTY HOURS:
Shift Wise duty.
(08:00 am to 04:30 pm / 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor Degree.
Preferable Qualification: Diploma in basic hardware networking
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Fresher
Preferable 1 + years.
LANGUAGES KNOWN:
English, Hindi

COMPETENCY / SKILLED REQUIREMENT:
- Ability to handle computer hardware and software.
- Well versed with different operating systems and anti-virus systems.
Ability to install the new software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To installing new software and hardware.
- To giving technical support to end-users.
- To providing computer support services both for software and hardware for an organization’s
employees.
- To testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
- To check networking connections with computers.
- To carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management.
- To maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing
problems if they arise.
- To carryout the peripheral repairs.
