Job Summary
Lakmé Academy Chennai is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive admissions, achieve revenue targets, and lead sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to build and manage relationships with prospective students and clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and convert leads into admissions.
· Counsel prospective students on Lakmé Academy courses and career opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
· Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
· Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
· Participate in promotional events, seminars, and career guidance programs.
· Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
