Job Role: Admission Officer
We are looking for Admission Officer for our Top Leading Kerala- based EdTech company.
Location: Kochi , Kannur and Kozhikode (Calicut)
Only experienced candidates are eligible for this position.
Eligibility :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline is eligible.
- Prior experience working as Academic Counselor, Academic Advisory, Admission Counselor or Education Counselor is mandatory.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds is required.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently is necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Energetic, motivated, and proactive with a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Should provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings. Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions
- Manage the complete student journey like prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.
- Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Must maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.
Salary: ₹ 3.5 LPA
Shift Details:
- Work timing: 10 am - 6 pm
- 6 working days per week
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
