We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of our upcoming manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating plant setup activities, establishing operational systems, managing production, procurement, quality, manpower and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional with strong leadership, operational and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently managing multiple functions and coordinating effectively with management, vendors, consultants and employees.
MBA qualification will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
