Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finishing Engineer (Civil) to join our team of high-rise building developers in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end civil finishing work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Finishing Work: Manage all aspects of civil finishing works for high-rise buildings, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor the quality assurance plan for finishing works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Material Quality Management: Evaluate and select finishing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are sourced from reliable suppliers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per the design and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma Civil or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil finishing works, preferably in high-rise building projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management or construction safety are a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
