This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners to promote EDI GLOBAL EDUCATION GROUP’s services. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, presenting suitable education and migration options, and guiding clients through enrollment and service engagement. The role involves managing pipelines, meeting revenue and conversion targets, coordinating with counseling and visa processing teams, and representing the organization at events, fairs, and information sessions. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to strategies that expand the company’s reach and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within education or consultancy services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex admission and visa processes clearly.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategies to grow partnerships and student enrollments.
- Competence in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; relevant experience in international education or migration services is highly desirable.
- Proactive, organized approach to managing multiple clients and deadlines, with a commitment to ethical and transparent practices.
- Comfort working on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Sub Agent network
- Strong knowledge skills about University recuritment process for all the destination
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
