Job Summary
The Dispatch & Stock Maintenance Executive is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, coordinating dispatch activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials/products. The role requires accurate documentation, stock monitoring, and coordination with internal departments and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and shipment of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Update inventory transactions in ERP/Excel systems.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase documents.
- Maintain dispatch and stock registers.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Accounts teams regarding stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of warehouse/store materials.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
