We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch / M.Arch (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or execution
Responsibilities:
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and architectural layouts
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and review construction drawings and documents
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project requirement
- Work collaboratively with design and execution teams to achieve project timelines
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software
- Good understanding of materials, interior detailing, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong time-management skills
