As Assistant Manager - Client Servicing for Sector Skills Council, your primary role would be to take ownership for sourcing Assessors for Sector Skills council clients assigned to you.
Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate with your network to source Assessors for the assigned Sector Skills Council
- Share the profile of Assessors with the Sector Skills Council and seek approval
- Coordinate with the Assessors to reach the venue on the day of assessments
- Ensure efficient execution of assessment by providing full support to the assessor
- Build deeper knowledge about the Sector Skills council operations scenarios and help in conducting assessments
Experience

2+ years in sourcing Assessors for various Sector Skills Councils

Easily able to build relationship / connect with people
- Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements
- Self-driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal driven
- Is not shy of using technology and is an adopter of technology herself / himself
