3. Maintain clean interior and exterior vehicle conditions through regular washing .
4. Follow all traffic laws , speed limit and regional driving reglations strictly .
5. Log driving hours , mileage fuel purchases, and travel receipts accurately .
6. Report mechanical issues, accidents or damage to supervisiors immediately .
