Accounts Manager – Construction Company
Responsibilities
- Manage overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
- Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/creditor accounts, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, project cost analysis, and support audits.
- Oversee vendor payments, creditor reconciliations, and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounts within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Must be proficient in the latest version of Tally and MS Excel.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
