We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deploy, host, and maintain applications in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work with Git and version control systems for collaborative development.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience deploying and hosting MERN applications.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of database design and application architecture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge Expectations
Candidates should possess strong understanding from basic to advanced levels in:
- JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ features.
- React concepts, hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Backend development with Node.js and Express.js.
- MongoDB schema design, queries, and optimization.
- API design, authentication, and security best practices.
- Application deployment, hosting, and production maintenance.
- Debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Redux.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Understanding of frontend design principles and responsive UI development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Pay: ₹14,208.77 - ₹21,000.00 per month
