Position: B.sc/GNM OT Nurse
Experience Required: 2 Years in IVF/Hospital Setting)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing treatment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver nursing care for patients during their treatment journey.
- Assist surgeons in Outpatient department (OPD).
- Maintain high standards of nursing care before and after treatment.
- Prepare the operating treatment (OT) for scheduled procedures.
- Verify patient’s identity using their name/registration number, review case files. and ensure consent forms are completed
- assisting in draping the patient positioning table
- keeping an accurate count of instruments sponges, and swabs during treatment
- Removing instruments from the trolley and ensure they are property cleaned.
- Maintaining proper disposal system for sharp instruments and other items
- Completing entries in the OT register as required.
Education: -
Nursing Course (BSc/ GNM) in Nursing
Key Skills
· Knowledge of operating theatre (OT) Work is essential.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
