Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable organization dedicated to providing free education in English, Digital Literacy, and Employability Skills to youth across North India. Since 2010, FEA has helped more than 6 lakh students improve their career opportunities and transform their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English, Digital Literacy, and Employability Skills to students.
- Conduct daily classroom sessions and ensure student engagement.
- Mobilize and enroll new students from nearby communities.
- Maintain student attendance and administrative records.
- Participate in regular training and professional development programs.
- Travel to villages and communities served by the assigned branch.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willing to commit to at least one year of employment.
- Comfortable relocating if assigned to a branch more than 20 km from hometown.
- Own a mobile phone and a two-wheeler/cycle for local travel.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹14,500 per month.
- Salary increase to ₹16,500 per month based on performance.
- Performance-based bonuses up to ₹22,000 per cycle.
- Accommodation allowance up to ₹3,000 per month (for eligible relocated staff).
