We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator & Setter to operate and set Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision component manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Set up VMC machines, fixtures, and cutting tools
- Load CNC programs and set tool/work offsets
- Operate VMC machines and monitor machining processes
- Read engineering drawings and follow specifications
- Inspect components using measuring instruments
- Perform tool changes and basic machine maintenance
- Maintain production quality and safety standards
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in VMC machine operation and setting
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controllers preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and tooling
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining parameters
