Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall hospital operations and ensure operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth, occupancy, profitability, and P&L performance.
- Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Develop business growth initiatives and strengthen hospital performance.
- Monitor KPIs and collaborate with consultants and department heads.
Eligibility
- 15+ years of experience in hospital operations.
- Experience as a Hospital Administrator, Unit Head, Hospital Operations Head, or Hospital Head.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, business growth, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- MBA (Hospital Administration), MHA, or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed CTC: ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum (based on AOP achievement)
