Roles & Responsibilities
- Validation of BOQ for interior design.
- Check all services as per drawings and technical specifications.
- Check Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and other services.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of quotations.
- Site supervision and inspections.
- Resolve design issues on projects
- BOQ preparation.
- Review and check interior design drawings.
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve quality issues.
- Provide design feedback and ensure consistency before execution.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge of design software.
- Understanding of QA/QC principles.
- Ability to review drawings and models.
- Coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
M.Arch/B.Arch/B.Des/Diploma in interior/Any Graduation with interior design course
3-5 Years of experience in design Validation
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
