Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Petrol / Conveyance Allowance: Extra (as per field travel)
- Additional Performance Incentives may be offered based on onboarding targets and market expansion performance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and scout warehouses, industrial sheds, and storage spaces across assigned locations.
- Build relationships with warehouse owners, brokers, and developers.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Field Operations
- Conduct regular site visits and market surveys.
- Coordinate warehouse inspections with clients.
- Act as the on-ground representative during client visits.
Database & Reporting
- Maintain updated records of warehouse availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Prepare daily activity reports and market updates.
- Track local warehousing trends, rental demand, and competitor activity.
Market Intelligence
- Share insights related to pricing trends, occupancy, demand hotspots, and new developments.
- Assist management in identifying business expansion opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily for field-based activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, real estate, field sales, or operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bangalore industrial zones and warehouse markets preferred.
