Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.
Location: Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
- Install and configure standard software, including MS Outlook.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other devices.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, access points).
- Manage Active Directory users and computers.
- Administer and manage Office 365 applications.
- Manage firewalls and VPNs.
- Configure and manage endpoint security solutions.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
